D\u2019autre part, une alimentation riche en vitamine B8 (\u0153ufs et foie) en zinc (huitres, bl\u00e9, viande rouge), en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium (poissons, fruits de mer) contribue au maintien de cheveux normaux.
